WELCOME TO YAD- SIERRA LEONE
Empowering Youth, Transforming Communities, and Building a Sustainable Future
Established in 2024, Youth Action for Sustainable Development Sierra Leone (YAD-SL) is a youth-led, community-focused organization dedicated to promoting sustainable development through youth empowerment, education, gender equality, health, climate action, and community involvement. We collaborate closely with young people, women, children, and marginalized groups to convert local challenges into opportunities for growth and enduring impact.
Through advocacy, capacity building, leadership development, skills training, and grassroots initiatives, YAD-SL equips youth with the knowledge, confidence, and resources necessary to become proactive leaders and agents of change. By fostering strategic partnerships and encouraging inclusive participation, we are cultivating resilient communities and empowering the next generation to advance sustainable development throughout Sierra Leone.
